Naturist beach retreat

In the heart of the Bay of Islands, this farm stay is ideal for couples and families wanting a relaxed and reinvigorated break in Northland.

Accommodation

Beyond the hillside meditation sculpture pavilion, an easy walk from the beach, Waitata Bay presents two distinct and inviting naturist options. Linen and towels are supplied.

The Barn is a designer apartment with a backdrop of native bush and a natural ambiance. On two levels, it looks right onto the veggie garden. The flax-planted roof, strong beams, purple-heart floors and bold, open architecture contribute to make your stay easy, comfortable and memorable. The large, airy bedroom in the loft can sleep 4, in 2 queen-size beds. The bathroom is spacious with a generous shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas top and all kitchen essential.
Price is $175.00 for two people per night (minimum 2 nights) plus $20.00 for each additional person.

The Potting Shed is a unique open-space building in the style of a plant conservatory. It has no full interior walls, but effectively employs lush palms and native plants to separate the different areas: kitchen, shower, bathroom, bedroom, art room and lounge, all with a continuous, stunning view to the beach and the bay. The Potting Shed is tastefully and elegantly furnished with a touch of the Islands in the great Polynesian high bed. With direct access to the naturist beach, the soothing rhythm of the waves will transport you to tranquil sleep.

For up to three children, a separate tower with bedroom a playroom (at small additional nightly cost) tempts their imaginations, and adds to parental peace and privacy!

Price is $220.00 for two people per night (minimum two nights) plus $50.00 per night for the tower (maximum three children or two adults). Note: guests in the tower must use bathroom facilities of the Potting Shed
